Penguins!!!!

As a lot of you know Kevin and I have chosen not to do gifts but experiences for our kids! This year for Kyler's birthday we were able to go to the Living Planet Aquarium and do the Penguin Encounter! We waited to do it until Heather could join us which was awesome! The one drawback of this experience is they only allow a certain amount of people in at a time! We had to count Kyler but were able to count Jace and Madison as lap sitters so we could have more people go! If you haven't done this I'd highly reccomend it! It was amazing!
Here's the gang! Getting ready to go in and meet our guide!
Jace is little...nothing new but this is where he would measure up to an emporer penguin-the largest kind of penguins!
Coco, Harry, Ky, and Jace listening as we're getting ready to go inside the exhibit
We had to do this group shot before the penguins came in because they don't like sudden movements and bite if you do move...Jace got his shoe bitten but that was all!
Our first visitor! I wish I could remember their names!  I know one was COCO!
Matching arm bands means these two are mates!
 The boys having fun!
I think this one is CoCo but am not sure!
For some reason they REALLY like staring at this hose...everyone that came in took a turn standing in the corner and looking at it!
And we're done! It was so much fun and I was so glad we could have these guys join us! Can't wait to do our next adventure! Thanks for having a birthday Ky!

Beauty & The Beast

We got the opportunity to come down to Salt Lake and not only eat here at The Roof, but to see Beauty and The Beast. Heather flew in just for the occasion so we were able to almost have everyone together...too bad Kevin had to work! I feel very blessed to be able to be a part of this wonderful family! Thank you Dad for arranging it!

Happy 5th Birthday Kyler!!!
At age 5 you LOVE penguins! You even helped decorate this GIANT one!

You got spoiled! Your favorite gifts were Star Wars Lego's (Thanks Brian and Sarah), And a Darth Vader Mask and Light Sabor from Hilary and Ethan!

We love you more than you know! I can't believe you're off to Kindergarten this year!

These are the boys Easter outfits so I couldn't help getting a couple of Jace too!
Don't worry Madison is Next!
This is his THINKING pose...he's pretty funny what he comes up with when the camera's out!
I'll have you notice NO BRUISING on Jace's Face in this one!

Disneyland-The Happiest Place On Earth!

This was a fun trip! As you can see the kids did really good..and even smiled for a few pictures!
After the kids races we met up with Buzz!

 Went to World Of Color!
Madi and Papa hanging out while the bigger kids went on Dumbo!
Madison was completely intrigued with Rapunzel!

Even got to see Mickey...Jace LOVES him!

Tinkerbell Inaugural Races 2012

The purpose of our trip to California wasn't just to go to Disney, it was to participate in the Inaugural Tinkerbell Races.  The boys ran in the kids races, and Sarah and I ran the 5k...there is no proof of that because our husbands didn't get ANY pictures of us! But I do have my medal and my t-shirt!
At the Expo the kids got to meet Superman! Jace got a new hat! And Sarah and Brian got lost in the ghetto and nearly missed it!
Here's Jace after finishing the race! So unorganized! But we survived!
Kyler after finishing his race! The pictures I have of him aren't great because he was standing behind a dad and so I only got like one good one! But I thought brotherly love was good!

Sea World Adventures 2012

I guess you could say the kids have gotten down the "cheese" look! Mom and I were so relieved when the men said they were coming this year! We wouldn't be outnumbered! So here are a few of our adventures! The kids had a great time and the adults did too! It's amazing to watch the fascination in their eyes and see them learning new and amazing things!

Hope we can come back and visit again, but with 4 kids who knows when that will happen!
